[Question]Augument skills value

I want to ask if values of same skills that can be on passive and active, for example: pdef or ptak; are the same? same ++ for pdef / patack? ty

they can be same but if u wear dyes u got les pdef or mdef.. bigger crit m atk cast speed etc so is not same dyes change everything

i think is calculated in % and active skills are more stronger

I am guessing...but I think that the active ones would give you more stat bonus...since actives arent always on like passives are...you would think you would get higher stats...

yeah, but how much? and active is stackable with buff, so i want to know how much w and w/o buff!? :)
