Find their name in the community board and send them a PM via there. And while your at it you can call them a retard for selecting a name with a - infront of it. Lucky GMs can force petition. >: )

u can pm them by clicking their names from the previous pm or from shout or normal chat or... anywhere u can see -name-: .... saying something :P (it used to work be4 update dunno if it still works :D )
