hmmmmmmm well tbh with lethals its not really 1 hit, basically kills all the cp and reduces ur hp to 1, u still need that final blow to kill ur oponent, (so its 2 hit) but still iguss for narrow minded americans we caaaaaaan say 1 hit, tough there is the 1 hit backstab! but erm, thats unlikely gonna happen in a server with full buffs, cause well l2 ur not even suppose to be able to run around fully buffed T_T im bored okay?! ****

lol i know about efects of lethal , but on this server since matrix update i never sow any lethal that leaves you with 1 hp , and never got a lethal on blinding blow, all i get is half kills ^^
