Spoil and drops

Before wipe, drops of ews and eas were frequent in places as The Four Sepulchers and Parmassus, now is almost null. Spoil happens the same, my dwarf is lvl 83 and I do not obtain to spoil enchants in Parmassus… They could verify this? It is complicated to be only buying enchants and not to be able to use the spoil.

this is because EWS and EAS were removed from drop and spoil list I believe...If I remember correctly...GMs will be redoing this...but dont know full details about this...

After the wipe drop rates for scrolls for spoil/drop remained as retail youll have to buy them out of the gm shop.
