They are Target self only. Which buffs are not?

i dont know i saw some titan/vamp pvping with it. i pvped a sps and when he had it he was magic critting for 9k and w/o he was doing 3k max on crit.

Magic impulse is set to "TARGET_SELF" so I can guarantee he didn't have the kamael buff.

What are the skill names? And which kamael class are you referring to?
