Active tem skil paralyz augument

Well for what i saw yesterday in toi floor 13 i was at war with tribunal zerging each other and they have a certain member with a certain augument he says it only lands with luck but he must b the lucklyest guy in the world cuz each zerg we sent 6/9 people was paralyzed through this augument sometimes it doesnt land often but usualy in 1-3 attempts and it casts like Hurricane or somethink tell me what u think peeps tyyyy!!:)

You dont need to cry anymore cuz the skill is nerfed and the succes is like 0%now....i am wondering.....if i cry like you and begg gms maybe they give me aden castle that i like to much....but i think that you will take it....i never cry for favors like you do...btw play some retail and test augments and then say if is somethink buggy or not.cyaz

there is no point of nerfing such augment. we tested it yesterday with Atanon and he admitted its powerful but not bugged at all. since chance of getting ls from mobs is very low, i might say that Rolled was pretty lucky to get it.

but ofc WHOLE vamps/titans started to cry about it and it got nerfed with 0% chance of landing now.

so, cry hard and your wishes will come true. all about it.

hey, l2j and l2jfree admited that all debuffs skills are overpowered. so is not normal paralize, lethal, cancelation to land more than 10%. even full buffed!

Yeah but when i speak about buffs it was about re-use delay...succes dipends at m.def and m.attack also at base stats and added wit....so is not fair to make a skills succes like 0,0001%
