crit after charselection

hi,

Saya here,
i have a prob...
...yesterday..i want port from primeval isle to mos and got crit...
..after new start game and select Saya to log in i got crit too...
so everytime i try to log in Saya i got crit....
..so i create a new char and log in with him ...that works..then i change to Saya
and got crit...i dont know why....

plz ..picks me out from the nirvana..plz..:help:
