Augment Bugg ... :S

Well , today i was augmenting my dagger and finally got a passive M.Def :

The problem is that i got crit error few moments later and than i found my dagger un-augmented :S :

I spent all my lifestones on that ... so it would be great if you have a look into it and try to give me an answer on how it de-augmented with a simple crit error :damn:

Btw the server was too laggy at that moment and i could barely even move , as it was said by other players too ( about the lagg ) .. maybe it could have anything to do with that , or dunno , but please have a look into it ... :S

Ok...

1. only way to loose that augment is rollback, so, when you relog did you got the lifestones back?

2. 1 ppl alone cant get rollback

3. Your inventory is NOT the same in the 2 screen...

i know all that and it seems that "its not the same" cus if you notice it is scrolled more than the 1st screenshot + i destroyed the elixirs & other things not needed ... and after noticed that the aug wasnt there ...
anyways ... waiting a reply from any member of the staff about this issue .. although im pretty sure i wont get anything back >.<
