How normal players can use Hero's crown

if he was hero before and after losing hero status didnt take off his circlet he can still wear it

he didnt was hero befor...after wipe was 1time hero and they r still now and i dont see him hero so

there ware some events when u became hero and u can buy everything from the hero shop...
