Oly Feeding is now LEGAL

We have come to the conclusion that there are way too many feeders out there who dont get caught and the smart ones could feed with the whole server watching and not get caught!

Also Retail allows feeding.

We can't control Oly or stop 100% of feeding. So we have therefore come to the decision to allow feeding in Oly.

How ever we will still be implementing the DC while waiting or during the match = Tie. No points will be lost or gained.

After consulting with Fire, he is going to do two things to help make this a more fair competition.

1. IP check to check for duplicate IP's meaning those that have the same IP will have to take turns in OLY.

2. Fix the DC feeding, where those that are fed by DC will result in a TIE instead of a win.

Oly is too hard to monitor, and the screen shots presented to us. We have to play god, and never reallly know if someone is lagging or actually feeding. This is why this decision was made.
