"Abnormal mental state"

I was wondering something, and I hope you can answer it. Exactly wich are the "abnormal mental states"? I suppouse Sleep or Fear are between them. But what about Slow or Anchor, for example?

i do believe anchor is an abnormal mental state, not to sure on slow..i believe an abnormal mental state "guessing" would have to b somthing done to ur character, such as fear, anchor, sleep like u said, most the abnormal mental states come from mages, then u got stuff like bluff or stun from the fighters...i would write more but im half asleep as it is, but when i wake up im sure what i wrote is gonna b criticized by someone, im pretty sure i know by who too!

Every debuff that has "magic" underneath it are abnormal mental states also effects from vortex and stuff are abornmal mental state too. Atleast thats what I think :/
